Does anybody know what the fee is for filing an affidavit for homeschoolers in California?

-I was hoping someone for CA with first hand knowledge would jump in here but since they haven't I will try to answer to the best of my ability. I have read over the CA law several times and I have never seen any mention of fees for filing the private school affidavit. I also can't think of any state in the US that charges a fee for filing homeschool paperwork. If fees are incurred the the local or state department of education it is for standardized testing or teacher evaluation services.
