Help signing up for public school?

-I have been homeschooled all my life, and for senior year I will be starting public school.



The school wants a number of documents, shot records being one.



We called our doctor about getting them faxed to us, and they said their machine that kept all my shot records was broken and they couldn't give it to us. So we asked to be notified as soon as it was fixed. We were then told it would not be fixed. Ever.



What the hell are we supposed to do? It's not our fault they don't have their files on patients and that I now can't get ahold of them. Something doesn't seem right about this. What should we do?
