-Preferably Baptist please!I'm home schooled and these are two of the home schooling program things I've done (they are Christian homeschooling). personally i love abeka. I did abeka k-2 then went to public school for a while and will be doing a beka again next year. Abeka is a great homeschooling, it made all the subjects fun and pretty easy to learn you usually get pretty a head of everyone in public school because you dont have all the things public school. my mom and everyone that i know that has either used or is using abeka now has loved it.
right now im doing A.C.E and we don't really like it but thats our opinion.
it takes about 2 and a half hours to finish the days work depending on how fast you do it. And when you in 6th grade up you can do most of it your self.
abeka is more expensive then A.C.E but worth it!
I hope these help(:We love Sonlight. Other Christian programs include Accelerated Christian Education (ACE), ABEKA, Switched on Schoolhouse (SOS), LifePacs (from the same people who do SOS). I don't know of any that are specifically Baptist. We have tried all of these except LifePacs and the best fit for our family happens to be Sonlight.
This is our 12th year using Switched-On Schoolhouse for the past 12 years by Alpha Omega.

It's a computer based curriculum. You purchase the CD-Roms, install it on your computer and the program will create your lesson plans, grade 90% of the work for you, giving you immediate feedback of how you are doing, maintain all your grades, etc. There are video clips, slide presentations, tiny tutors, learning games, etc to enhance the lessons. You can attend a free webinar to see the program and learn more.

You can get the full grade level for $420. It's on sale in May for $357 with free shipping.
We used Switch-On Schoolhouse. It's computer based which I liked. I don't remember much of the curriculum though.
