Who determines if I get held back or not if I'm homeschooled?

-I'm enrolled in an online school that doesn't require me to check in. So I kind of neglected my schoolwork. I don't know if I can make all of it up in time for summer. So who determines if I get held back; my parents or the website?I home school my children and I believe it is the parents responsibility to make sure that their children do not neglect their schoolwork. Hope that answers your question. If they can't keep an eye on you, then they should let you return to school where their is supervision at all times.
